Given the Charger’s relocation announcement, I think Aztec football fans are owed some kind of statement or even a press conference by Wicker or Hirshman on what SDSU intends to do with the Mission Valley site, how they are going to accomplish that, and what a potential timeline might look like. So far I feel that there have only been soft claims and rumors to this effect. A clearer picture on what the Aztecs are planning would give us more certainty and optimism.
