Valentine Izundu warmed up a bit with the team amd is probably a game time decision. Montaque Gill-Caeser Caeser doesn't look like he'll be playing.

Mostly agree with your projected two deep. At center though I thought that Ismael had problems with snapping the ball? He could overcome those of course. Also, I would put Achayo as a back up at either tackle spots .Red shirting a JC lineman worked well with Terry Poole, might here as well. I wonder if Horton will go with one of the bigger WR's at the X position as he did last year like Trevillion,Wilson or Macklin? Did they try Rosales at center at all? Of course there is always the wild card of a senior/grad transfer or a JC guy like Greene

Steve Fisher that he didn't know the current status of Valentine Izundu. He's having an MRI and that will determine if he can play vs. UNLV.

Montaque Gill Caeser also didn't play vs. Utah State because of a knee issue but Fisher said he is "hopeful" that Caeser will be available on Sunday.

Max Hoetzel (heel) seems unlikely to play unless needed, per Fisher on the radio.

This won't be a gimme game against the league's leading scorer.

Vegas has the game as either pick 'em or Fresno by 1. As anyone would expect.

Haven't seen any updates on status of Cheatham's availability today yet. Keeping fingers crossed. Fisher said yesterday that he was "cautiously optimistic" that Cheatham would play today.

Rocky Long said in an interview that he got a 5 percent raise in his base salary during negotiations with JD Wicker. He said he would have stuck with last year's salary with the contract extension anyway.

So instead of making just over 800,000 he'll move up toward the 850,000 range for base salary.
