Rutgers QB Chris Laviano will enroll at San Diego State this summer. Confirmed that he visited yesterday. Still no confirmation yet about him arriving on scholarship but it's likely to happen. He should have one year of eligibility from my understanding since he still needs to graduate from RU in May.

He started 18 games for Rutgers.

Former San Marcos three star TE/DE Joah Robin net is bouncing back from Oregon State after one year. 6-4.5 and can run last I remember.

I went and watched some basketball this weekend the EBO Big Showdown in San Diego. I was really impressed with Nathan Mensah. He is big, long, athletic and can shoot for a big man. SDSU has not had a talented big man like Mensah. I only saw a little bit of Taeshon Cherry and was not that impressed, however it was at the end of a game that they were up by 40 points. Ruben or anyone else, when is Mensah going to commit and were do we stand?

Great news. Can't wait to see what this young man does with a successful program and his mentors near by at SDSU.

I personally believe Miles' top three are Arizona, Gonzaga and Oregon. And I think the Zags have a better shot than most believe.

AS voted 14-12 in favor of keeping the name Aztecs and Aztec Warrior as the mascot.

Typical snowflake environment of today, 11 AS reps who voted to GET RID of Aztecs name overall and Aztec warrior RESIGNED after the vote. LOL. Bye Felicia!!

That's not helpful for those of us in the north county. It's a very weak signal and I can barely hear it in Oceanside! I'm sure they will simulcast with an FM station on game days, but getting coach interviews during the week will be a thing of the past for me now!
