Now that the fervor has tied down a bit I wonder how the staff will shake up?

Obviously Dutch is now the HC and I would assume that Hut moves into the associate HC role but what about after them? Does Shelton move into an assistant coach role and we just find a new Dir of Player Dev or do we go out and find a new coach?

Great write up. Seems like another smart, quality kid. El Paso blows and his parents could be transferring soon so there's a positive that it's not "home" for him. Good to see they're making an unofficial here, hope they make it out. Could use that athleticism and QB smarts in our secondary.

Gardena (Calif.) Serra three-star athlete David Eure visited today. Really good hands and instinctual but I'm not so sure about his raw athleticism.

Chalk up another good win for our Aztecs Baseball tonight.

I've been saying it, this team has plenty of pitching AND hitting. Best positioned for post season in a long time.

I see we've been offering more 4* and P5 quality guys this cycle and we're being more selective, but is there anyone out there you see closing in on committing? Usually we have at least one guy or some idea of who's close, but I can't even tell this year. Would be nice to start off with a local kid maybe.

Guess all of us thought wrong. I know I have been critical of his system offensively. But, he was a GREAT human being. Still is a fantastic person. Wish him absolutely the best!!

UCLA senior DB Johnny Johnson is looking to make a graduate transfer move. I think SDSU would be a nice spot for him IF he is indeed eligible to play right away in 2017.

After sweeping SJSU over the weekend's 3 game series, Aztecs defeated USF this afternoon 4-2 for 4 straight wins.

Aztecs are now 20-9 overall and sit in 2nd place in at 9-3 with a 3 game lead over 3rd place Fresno.

Up next UCLA in Lake Elsinore tomorrow.
