Went to the Lincoln-Otay Ranch game looking to check out George McCorley, who had a big game last week when Rocky Long was in attendance but I came away really liking the potential of Otay Ranch safety Devin Lloyd, as noted in my front page post. I actually wrote his name down during the Otay Ranch-St. Augustine game because he had two really big plays in an otherwise blowout - not to mention the fact that I was there to mainly watch Tariq Thompson - but this time I really got to see what he was about and I think everything he needs to improve on can be taught in SDSU's program (tackling technique (driving through the tackle), reading and reacting and improving his motor/intensity).
