interesting story in the UT. Rocky said they will not bring in a JC or transfer in for spring camp. He is hoping to get a better quality QB who transfers to another school for spring and then promptly leaves that school because he won't be named the starter. so the transfer would not arrive to SDSU until Fall 2019.
