Tonight Rocky commented on the idea of players being able to immediately transfer with no one-year restriction. This may surprise some, but he agreed with the proposal, as long as players are only allowed to transfer freely once in their collegiate career. If they ask for a second transfer request, they should sit out a year in his opinion.
