Cactus Bowl?
I brought this up in another thread and seem like a fun thread to evaluate on its own. Key things to know:
* Game matches up Big12 vs Pac-12.
* OU seems likely headed to CFP
* K State's upset of OSU yesterday gave Big 12 seven bowl eligible teams. If Texas Tech doesn't beat Texas next week, it won't have enough (8) bowl eligible teams
* Boise State played in Cactus last year because of vacancy by Big12.
Cactus bowl is played Dec 27 in Phoenix with a payout of $3.3 million
LV Bowl is Dec 16th with $1.3 million payout
No ego here. Just sharing food for thought. This is strictly where I hope SDSU lands given the current situation.
