Panthers hired Brady Hoke as defensive line coach.
This is Hoke's first job in the NFL after decades spent at the college level. He's known for helping to recruit Tom Brady to play at Michigan and later becoming the head coach in 2011. He spent the past year as the defensive line and interim head coach at Tennessee. Hoke replaces Eric Washington in Carolina, who was promoted to defensive coordinator following Steve Wilks' departure.
