I asked Rocky if it was injury related, and he responded: "He should be fine this week"
I pressed further. Can you tell me what the injury was?
"Nope. I don't chose to -- he wasn't eligible to play in the game. He's eligible to play [vs. Cal]."
Take that how you may, but it sounds like a one game suspension.
ANYWAY, Long did say that Dakota Turner earned the start outright regardless and he was actually very impressed with his play for a first-timer. I'll have more in my notebook.
