J Webb hit an apparent three pointer to win at CSU but refs reviewed it and ruled Webb took 1.3-1.4 seconds to get the shot off when there was only .8 seconds left in the game during the inbound. According to this article, ESPN timed it and he got it off in .7 seconds...Coach Euchasty said the refs informed him that they timed it at 1.3-1.4.
